Both nickel base and Copper base brazing alloy
are used in the construction of stainless steel plate-fin heat
exchanger.
Nickel base brazing alloy makes the products
more resistant to high temperature and corrosion
Technique Specifications
Resistant to high pressure. The maximum
working pressure of stainless steel heat exchanger is 6MPa and
the maximum working pressure of aluminum heat exchanger is 5Mpa.
Resistant to high temperature. The maximum working
temperature of stainless steel heat exchanger is 700¡ãC and the
maximum working temperature of aluminum heat exchanger is 230¡ãC.
JNPEC¡¯s brazed stainless steel and aluminum alloy
plate-fin heat exchangers offer tremendous benefits than traditional
shell and tube heat exchangers.
JNPEC provides lower cost than shell and
tube heat exchangers with:
6 - 10 times heat transfer surface area
density (per volume)
10 - 20 times heat transfer efficiency than
shell and tube exchangers
25 - 50% lower cost
Up to 95% less weight
JNPEC provides lower operating and installation
cost because:
Smaller volume
JNPEC's exchangers can contain more than
10 streams in a single block which results in lower engineering,
insulation, support and transportation costs
Temperature approaches as close as 1¡ãC
High reliability and no leakage due to all
welded structure
